Our kitchen team will make sure that your day begins with a substantial and premium-quality breakfast buffet. In the afternoon, we serve little snacks and in the evening our kitchen picks from an embarrassment of riches. You can be sure there's plenty of variety when Tirolean delicacies and international dishes are part of the 4-course menu with choices. Furthermore we serve wines from our well-stocked wine cellar. We attach great importance to local products when preparing our dishes according to old traditional recipes, some of which have been reinterpreted. Whether it's a light crispy salads, a tender chicken breast or something more substantial like a steak from Tux beef - our cuisine will makes you fancy for more.
